TCO calculated for 25 seats over 3 years at annual billing rate, excluding hardware and porting. Hidden fee % = proportion of real cost not reflected in advertised entry price (setup, compliance add-ons, SMS, overage). BAA "Enterprise only" = provider requires Enterprise contract to sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
Both JSON and CSV contain the same fields. JSON includes nested provider metadata.
Verification required at least two of three: public pricing page, live sales call, signed quote.
Annual and monthly prices collected from each provider's public pricing page. Where pages use "starting from" or range pricing, we recorded the lowest tier price. Prices verified against live sales calls for the 7 fully verified providers. Last verified April 28, 2026.
3-year TCO for 25 seats = (annual_price_usd × 25 × 3). Does not include setup fees, hardware, number porting, or international calling overages. Baseline comparison only — use the TCO calculator for scenario-specific estimates.
Two independent reviewers scored each provider 1–5: 5 = all tiers fully listed with no hidden gating, 4 = mostly clear with minor friction, 3 = some tiers require form submission, 2 = pricing requires sales contact for most tiers, 1 = no public pricing. Scores averaged across reviewers.
Automated HTTP requests were sent to each provider's pricing page from a residential IP. Providers returning CAPTCHA, 403/429 responses, or blank price fields to non-browser agents were flagged as blocks_automated_scraper = true. Confirmed manually in each case.
BAA availability confirmed by requesting a Business Associate Agreement from each provider's sales or legal team. "Enterprise only" classification applied when providers stated BAA requires a minimum contract size or explicit Enterprise tier purchase. Standard and Professional tiers only were tested.
AI receptionist inclusion confirmed by attempting to enable the feature at each tier. "Included" means the AI answering capability ships with the plan at no additional charge. Add-on AI services that cost extra are not counted as "included" regardless of availability.
