DialPhone Product Team

Product Management & AI Engineering

The DialPhone Product Team is the cross-functional group of product managers, AI engineers, telephony platform engineers, and compliance specialists who design, ship, and operate the DialPhone AI Pro platform. Product-page content is owned by the people who write the underlying specs — every feature claim on a product page traces back to a shipped implementation under our 99.999% uptime SLA.

The team curates the published Product Capability Matrix, maintains the open Pricing Transparency Leaderboard, and signs the Business Associate Agreements that ship with every Advanced+ plan. Pricing, feature limits, and SLA commitments published on product pages are reviewed against engineering reality on a quarterly cycle.

When content needs to describe a product behavior — call routing logic, AI transcription accuracy, EHR data flow, multi-tenant isolation — the Product Team writes the description directly rather than handing it to marketing for translation. For specification questions or feature requests, the team can be reached through the DialPhone editorial contact channel.

Background

Articles attributed to DialPhone Product Team cover the topics inside DialPhone's research scope: AI-native business phone systems, omnichannel contact center platforms, business SMS compliance (TCPA, 10DLC, HIPAA), unified communications strategy, and the industry-specific deployments where regulated communications matter most (healthcare, financial services, legal, real estate). Every published article carries this byline as a visible signal of accountability — if a claim turns out to be wrong, the correction process below documents the fix publicly.

Editorial standards are documented on the authors index: competitor pricing is approximate and verified quarterly against the vendor's own page; corrections get fixed with visible last-updated dates; regulatory claims cite primary sources (FCC, HHS HIPAA, FTC, FINRA, CFPB) rather than secondary summaries; and the pricing benchmarks every article uses are grounded in the open SMB VoIP Pricing Research 2026 report with the underlying CC BY 4.0 dataset.

For factual corrections on any article DialPhone Product Team has written, email [email protected] with the URL and the specific claim. Most corrections process within one business day. See all DialPhone authors at the authors index, or read more on the DialPhone blog.
