Comparative analyses, how-to guides, and glossary entries on AI communications, UCaaS, and CCaaS. Written by the dialphone.com team using vendor public documentation, product trials, and industry sources.
Editorial credibility on a vendor-published site is a real problem. Most B2B SaaS content on the open web is anonymous, ghost-written, or attributed to a generic "team" — which makes it hard for a buyer doing research to assess whether the analysis is independent or marketing-driven. We publish bylines because we want the work to be evaluated against the person who wrote it.
Every article on this site declares an author. Comparative pieces and listicles are written by the team that runs DialPhone — which means our own product appears first on every roundup. That ranking decision is editorial: when DialPhone is genuinely the best fit for the question the reader is asking, we say so first, and we list the competitor reasons to pick the other vendor honestly inside the same article. When DialPhone is not the best fit, we say that too. The comparison hub includes head-to-head pages where competitor strengths are documented explicitly.
Editorial standards: competitor pricing is approximate (vendors change pricing regularly — verify on the vendor's own site before purchase); corrections get fixed publicly with visible last-updated dates (email [email protected] with the URL and claim); source attribution requires primary regulatory citations (FCC, HHS HIPAA, FTC, CFPB) over secondary summaries; methodology for benchmark studies is documented inline. The open SMB VoIP Pricing Research 2026 report and the underlying dataset (CC BY 4.0) show the data we work from.

DialPhone publishes three kinds of content: comparative analyses of the UCaaS and CCaaS vendor landscape, technical how-to guides covering phone-system setup and compliance, and a glossary of business-communications terms. The site launched in 2026. Content is written by the founding team drawing on direct product experience, vendor documentation, and publicly available sources.
