Brand assets here are released for use by press, analyst firms, channel partners, customer marketing teams citing DialPhone in their own collateral, and industry events listing DialPhone as a vendor or sponsor. No formal request is required for the standard logo treatments and the color palette below; the do's-and-don'ts box covers the usage rules. For OEM, white-label, or co-branded marketing arrangements that need anything beyond the standard treatment, email [email protected] with the use case and we will scope it directly.

The wordmark is the canonical identity. The icon is acceptable in square or constrained spaces (favicon, app tile, social avatar, profile picture for sales reps' email signatures). The full logo combines wordmark and icon and is preferred everywhere there is room. All three variants are provided in SVG (preferred for any digital surface) and PNG (acceptable when SVG support is not available). All variants are available in dark-on-light and light-on-dark color treatments.

The color palette is intentionally minimal. Most of the brand reads as black on near-white with neutral grays for body text — closer to Edward Tufte than to typical SaaS. The optional accent blue is reserved for primary calls-to-action on marketing pages; it is not a background color, and it is not used for general links or decorative elements. Typography is system-font-stack only — Inter where available, falling back to ui-sans-serif then the OS default. Avoid pairing the wordmark with brand-name-similar fonts (Helvetica Bold, Avenir Bold) in adjacent copy as it creates visual ambiguity. For press inquiries, see contact for the press channel.

Do

  • Keep logo clear-space equivalent to the wordmark cap-height on every side
  • Preserve aspect ratio; do not stretch, skew, or recolor
  • Minimum size: 80px wide for digital, 20mm for print
  • On photography, ensure contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1

Don't

  • Do not add effects (drop shadows, gradients, outlines)
  • Do not place on busy backgrounds without a solid-color container
  • Do not translate, re-letter, or redraw the wordmark
