Research
& reference.
Buyer guides, research, and reference material on AI business communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, SMS compliance, and more. No paywall, no email gate.
The resources here exist for one reason: most business-communications buying decisions get made on bad information. Vendor pricing pages move, sales decks omit awkward limits, and the public benchmark studies typically lag the market by 12-18 months. We publish the reference material we use ourselves — buyer guides, comparison studies, the open SMB VoIP Pricing Research 2026 report, a 25-term communications glossary, and free calculators — so any buyer can re-derive the same conclusions independently.
Three things are consistent across every piece published here. Methodology is documented inline. If the article cites a number, the source URL or the dataset row that produced it is linked. Vendor claims get verified or excluded. Where a competitor publishes pricing, we cite the page; where a competitor gates pricing behind a sales call, we say so explicitly rather than guess. Errors get fixed in public. Email [email protected] with a correction and the article gets updated with a visible last-updated date and a brief change note.
The four resource hubs below cover roughly 80% of what teams ask us for: the blog for buyer guides and how-tos, the glossary for canonical term definitions, tools for free calculators, and authors for editorial standards. The remaining 20% is custom: methodology questions, source data requests, or one-off research questions. Send those directly.
